- Attending to walk-in customers
- Keeping track of clients & transaction records
- Answering phone calls & responding to emails
- Typing documents
- Scheduling meetings & appointments
- General administrative duties.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree qualification in Accounting or any Social Science discipline
- 3 - 5 years work experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Must be a Female
- 38 - 45 years old
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in the use of office equipment (Printer, Scanner, Photocopier, etc)
- Must reside in or around Ologuneru.
