job description - Office Assistant / Janitor
- Responsible for day-to-day cleaning of the office as directed by management;
- Required to run office errands;
- Keeps office rooms, equipment & surroundings clean.
- Maintains and cleans all cleaning equipment utilized.
- Ensures that office is constantly running with accessories.
- Any other general administrative duties will be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Diploma, First School Leaving Certificate or SSCE / GCE / NECO or Maximum of OND qualification
- Minimum experience: 1 year
- A secretarial/ office management background will be an added advantage
- knowledge of the English language sufficient to understand simple instructions.
