job description - Operations Manager
- The Operation Manager shall take part in activities and efforts to manage the current and new business of the Company by solidifying and improving work processes across departments.
- Collaborate with Service department heads and senior management to provide seamless services for customers.
- Inform senior management on features to be deployed and expected service needs.
- Establishes and maintains performance standards, service excellence, and operational efficiency and meets all regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement new operational strategies.
- Controls supply inventory, storage, and usage. Ensures that equipment is maintained appropriately. Recommends equipment and service contract purchases.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the assigned department.
- Develops and maintains operational and program policies and procedures which are compatible with the function and objectives of the department and the division and meet all external compliance requirements.
- Ensures cost control and appropriate revenue enhancement.
- Manage staff based on Company’s business model and guidelines.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience.
