- Support video and text content creation for website and social media channels
- Facilitate the planning and implementation of TEH Power Dialogues and other events.
- Manage special projects and programs.
Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Bachelor's Degree with a demonstrated interest in the power sector. (Masters’ degree is a bonus).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the energy or any related sector.
- Possess research and communications skills.
- Must be able to develop and manage creative information campaigns and communications programs.
- Must be able to lead teams of competent members to yield desired project results.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage relations with development partners and clients.
- Must have a high level of energy, initiative, and flexibility in quickly adjusting to changing work program requirements.
- Must possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple changing and competing priorities.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Able to work independently when needed or as part of a team.
