- Candidate should possess a Degree in any of the disciplines of Social Sciences or Humanities from a recognized institution plus at least 9 years post-qualification cognate experience.
- Master's degree in any of the disciplines as specified above plus at least 6 years post-qualification cognate experience.
- PhD in any of the disciplines specified above plus at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
