• We need an experienced Sales and Marketing Representative who will be responsible for our brand by working on marketing campaigns and driving brand awareness through on-line and face-to-face interaction with consumers.

Job Responsibilities

• Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
• Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Performing market research and reviewing market trends.
• Identifying target audiences to establish a direction for their campaigns. 
• Studying data that shows changing trends in advertising consumption.
• Ensuring that potential clients and consumers view company’s ad projects and buy our products. 
• Researching competitors’ pricing and products.
• Deciding on appropriate placement of ads.
• Developing projects to create awareness that will sell our brand.
• Creating content calendar for social media platforms.
• Implementing email marketing campaigns.
• Analyzing data to determine the levels of engagement each received.
• Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events.
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues.
• Negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners on promotional display and merchandise placement.
• Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs
• Attend relevant trade shows and events.

Qualifications & Skills

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, English or other fields that enhance their ability to create content relevant to promoting our business, products and services.
• Previous experience researching and promoting products and services.
• Previous sales and customer service experience is helpful in order to understand how to appeal to different audiences and seek to expand our customer base.
• Experience navigating social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
