- Maintaining and developing relationships with potential and existing customers
- Visiting potential customers(real estate companies) to onboard them on the company website
- Providing customers with product benefit,features and the pricing structure
- Negotiating property agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information
- Providing feedback on future buying trends
- Representing the company for product presentation ,launch and event
- Used MS PowerPoint to revise/make slide shows for meetings about company product and service.
- Manage sales territory by setting appointments with customers(Real Estate business) per week and making follow-up calls.
- Perform cold calling to generate new customers Offered product solutions to real estate companies.
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Sell land,rent apartment ,shops,houses to buyers.
- Work with with real estate companies to meet their revenue and marketing goals.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or Real Estate Management.
- 1-2 years experience is an added advantage.
- Professional certification in sales and marketing is a +.
- Female( age 20 -30) must not be above 30 years of age
