job description - Sales Executive
- Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities through multiple mediums such as email, phone calls, trade shows, and channel partner relationships
- Execute on prospecting activities associated with the company’s marketing plan, and specific marketing campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and high profile prospects
- Update and maintain the company CRM tool with all relevant details associated with prospecting activities
- Responsible for managing your assigned territory and achieving sales targets
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Qualify prospects and new sales leads
- Assist in establishing effective sales strategies and tactics that result in new business generation and expanding current business within the assigned territory
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on FlexiSAF products and services
- Work closely with other departments to assist with coordination of proposals, demos, legal contracts, implementation of software and ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve annual sales targets and average monthly revenue quotas on a consistent basis.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Mentor the junior sales team and support them in their career growth.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of sales experience in software sales and a track record of achieving targets
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic sales opportunities
- Extensive experience utilizing a CRM to manage individual key performance metrics
- Experience building and managing territory & strategic account plans
- Ability to negotiate and understand of marketing skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Proven ability to make a positive impact outside of the individual role
- Ability to create and deliver presentations
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
- Highly confident and excellent communication skills to engage high profile prospects
