• Responsible for generating leads through marketing activities and converting those leads to sales opportunities.
• He / she will be primarily responsible for driving all revenue generation initiatives.
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• He or she must have a proven track record for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• Should possess an HND / B.Sc in relevant field.
• A Second class lower (2.2) minimum grade.
• 4 years minimum experience as a Sales professional in the real estate industry / financial institutions, (Banks, insurance company e.t.c).
• Be proactive, able to identify opportunities and take the initiative to harness them
• Excellent communication skills (Both verbally and written).
