job description - Sales Representative / Customer Service Representative
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions & giving accurate information to clients
- Present menu & provide detailed information on items on the menu (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
- Inform customers about the day’s specials
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Receive online orders & communicate order details to the kitchen staff
- Meet personal & sales team targets
- Process & confirm payments of customer
- Ensure sales reconciliation
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 - 2 years work experience in customer service, administration, sales or a related department is an advantage
- Female/Male
- 21 - 28 years old
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Previous work experience in this role & industry is an advantage
- Attentiveness & patience for customers
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening & effective communication skills
- Team spirit.
Salary
N50,000 / Month (Basic salary + commission)
