Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan and create Annual Business Plan/s Create a Sales Acquisition Team and Strategy Identify direct or indirect Sales Channels & Partners
  • To identify prospective clients' exact needs, by questioning, observation and the completion of a full sales survey
  • Liaison with the Development team to stitch up the exact solution needed
  • To create an implementation strategy to support customers
  • To entertain prospective clients, where possible combining this with visits to existing customers.
  • To maintain communication with the client once the contract is opened and show an ongoing interest in the operation
  • To analyse statistics thereby identifying key sales areas, problems and success rates Negotiating the terms of an agreement
  • Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
  • To constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity
  • To constantly be aware of new business opportunities and action these
  • To achieve Sales Targets for all territories

Qualifications

  • B.Sc Degree in Marketing or any related field
  • Prior experience doing IT Solution Sales in the Government sector for 8-10 years
  • Good at networking with top-level officials in MDAs
  • Well conversant & comfortable with the latest technologies Prior experience in managing team/s
  • Evident demonstration of advanced knowledge and competence in the ICT industry.

Salary Range
According to Industry Standard.
