- Candidate should possess a full Technological Certificate (Craft) of the City and Guilds of London in a relevant subject or
- OND in a relevant subject from a recognized institution plus ten (10) years post-qualification cognate experience or
- HND in relevant subject from a recognized institution plus at least six (6) years post-qualification cognate experience.
