job description - Smartcash Field Sales Executive
- The job is to support the Sales & Distribution team in activities to increase subscriber base for SmartCash PSB Services in the assigned region with the aim of increasing revenue and Wallet users, count,Work closely with the S&D team and alert them of any potential business opportunities for additional sales within key clients.
- Coordinating all Agent management activities within the territory (recruitment, replacement, training, on-boarding, monitoring, trade asset, trade collateral, branding)
- Drive compliance to regulation and Agent agreement
- Drive and track Agent activity and performance
- First point of call for issue resolution
- Coordinating Agent engagement across area of coverage (Quarterly agent forum/meetings)
- Coordinating market activations / market storms across the different communities within area of coverage to drive public awareness of the channel
- Driving knowledge sharing sessions across branches
- Conducting market research on unique/ bespoke products required to drive adoption of the Agent Channel
- Other tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Other Features
The ideal candidates are required to possess the following:
- Qualification: NCE / OND with 0 - 1 year work experience in sales, customer services or related field.
- Computer Literacy

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Social Skills
