job description - Sous Chef
- We are looking for exceptional candidates with cognate experience, male, age between 35 years to 45 years, married, living in Abuja Nigeria (is an added advantage).
- Must be good team players, team management, kitchen facilities and cost management and inter-personal relation.
- Reports directly to the Exe Chef. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including: directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks. Ensure compliance with all standard and procedure
Core Work Activities
- Cooking and preparing high quality dishes.
- Assisting the Ex Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
Requirements
- B.Sc in Social Sciences.
- Must have minimum of 6 years of cogent experience
