job description - Strategy Associate
- Support the development and implementation of Sunbeth’s long-term organizational strategy
- Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes etc
- Support the development and management of Sunbeth’s key performance indicators (KPI) to forecast and analyze company performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure complete alignment with Sunbeth’s strategy
- Monitoring and reporting on projects
- Work with the Head of Strategy on specific projects
- Conduct market research and assess market trends
- Perform analysis of competitors and identify threats/ risks & opportunities
- Keep updated with relevant/value?adding technologies
- Find solutions for business problems
- Contribute to business development and digital innovation
Requirements
- Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in business administration, business development, management consulting or strategic planning
- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
- Project management skills.
