job description - Tax And Audit Officer
- Preparation of monthly / annual statutory tax returns.
- Maintain records as per statutory / tax requirement.
- Respond to queries / letters. from tax authorities.
- Reconcile tax payments.
- Assist in internal audits, surprise checks, inventory audit etc.
- Generate tax reports and analysis.
- Assist the Accounts Manager for monthly closing and reporting.
- Assist during the statutory audit and annual closing of accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting discipline
- Minimum of 3 years experience in similar industry; preferably from a Manufacturing company
- Good Analytical Skills
- Abreast and vast with Tax laws in Nigeria.
- Good Commercial knowledge.
- Adept in Technology.
