job description - TV Technician
- Full and complete engagement in attending, repairing, servicing of customers complaints and must always ensure customers satisfaction.
Duties
- Attend all calls assigned by the supervisor.
- Report back to office on any Customer feedback.
- Do site survey and report to office to advice unit capacity and installation planning.
- Reduce repair turnaround time.
- Increase Customer satisfactory level.
- Adequate communication with customer and to the team.
- Ensure adding value to customer confidence on products.
- Follow up with customers pending job and update to closure.
Requirements
- Technical Trade Test competency. Plus 5-10 years of experience in Home Appliance Field.
- Leadership and team spirit
